Pasta is the dish most easily ruined by a kitchen in a hurry — boiled early, held warm, sauced at the last second. Ours goes in the pan when you order it, which is why it takes a few minutes longer and why it does not arrive claggy.

The four sauces

Pink Sauce — tomato and cream, the middle ground, and the one we sell the most of. Order this if you cannot decide.

Alfredo — properly creamy and mild. The safe order for someone who does not want heat.

Pesto — basil-forward and the sharpest of the four. The one regulars graduate to.

Mac & Cheese — unapologetic comfort food. Not trying to be elegant.

What to pair it with

One pasta and one pizza between two people is the order we see most often, and it is the right amount of food. Add a Cheese Garlic Bread if you are hungry.

For a lighter plate, a pasta with a Greek Salad works better than two heavy mains.
