About the Alfredo Pasta

Alfredo Pasta is unapologetically creamy, garlicky and exactly what you want at the end of a day that went badly. The sauce is built in the pan and finished with the pasta so the starch thickens it naturally rather than it being a cream sauce sitting on top of plain pasta.
