Aloo Paratha at The D's Cafe is breakfast that holds until lunch. Cooked to order with crisped edges and a soft middle, served with something to dip it in. It is the most-ordered thing on the breakfast menu and the one to judge a breakfast kitchen by, because there is nowhere for a stale paratha to hide.
